Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
My company wants to engage the services of Vertical Partners. How do I begin?
Just contact us. After the initial meeting, Vertical Partners should be able to determine your business process outsourcing needs and can proceed to conduct the necessary study to determine feasibility of your campaign. The result of this study will address existing competition, product demand, traditional sales channels, product differentiation, and barriers to entry in order to present a realistic evaluation of your potential success.
If the study shows that market potential exists, what’s the next step?
Vertical Partners will work closely with your company to develop a Partnership Proposal. This will be a blueprint of sorts that maps out your plans and desired goals. It will include the sales strategy that defines the sales channel and the tools necessary to begin recruiting your sales force. It will also contain a pricing structure for the services of Vertical Partners. Once this second step has been completed, we will begin to recruit and train your sales force after we have agreed to the terms and signed a contract.
How long does this take?
Usually, the study and proposal stage takes approximately two weeks to finish. We usually can begin recruitment within a month and have your first agents calling on customers within 30-45 days after contract signing. Most clients can expect to begin achieving sales revenues within 2 to 3 months of our program’s start date.
How much will this cost?
We charge a monthly fee and performance based commissions depending on the size of the sales force required, sales cycle, brand awareness of the client, and other systemic factors.
Vertical Partners’ fee-based services include: Feasibility Study; Marketing & Sales Strategy Development; Sales Force Recruitment and Training; Sales Force Management; and Sales Administration. The performance-based commissions are open to discussion with client prior contract signing.
Our services are customized for each client. Thus, the total cost will depend on the actual services you require and the size of your sales team.
When are the monthly fees due?
The monthly sales fee is due on the first day of each month and can be prorated if a client engagement commences in the middle of the month. On the other hand, commissions are due 50% upon entering of the order and 50% upon payment by the customer, but no more than 30 days after the sale is consummated.
