Job Title: Inside Sales Rep
Job Description:
The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for the acquisition and retention of clients through the successful execution of a marketing and sales strategy for the clientDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively engage in consultative sales efforts over the telephone with prospects based in the US and ensure that the client’s product and brand secure a significant mindshare in the market.
- Acquire, retain, and service the client’s market and meet all sales quotas and other performance metrics.
- Attend to meetings with operations group, clients, and all other activities management deems important in the pursuit of a successful campaign.
- Be responsible for all other tasks assigned to him/her from time to time.
Qualifications:
A. Education/Knowledge:- College graduate
- Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
B. Skills/Competency:
- Good communication skills, resourceful, attentive to details, goal-oriented
C. Work Experience:
- Preferably with 1-2 years experience in the same/related field
D. External & Internal Contacts:
- U.S. based clients and prospects
E. Working Conditions:
- Office work; willing to work on assigned shifts.
