Job Title: Inside Sales Rep


Job Description:

The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for the acquisition and retention of clients through the successful execution of a marketing and sales strategy for the client

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Actively engage in consultative sales efforts over the telephone with prospects based in the US and ensure that the client’s product and brand secure a significant mindshare in the market.
  2. Acquire, retain, and service the client’s market and meet all sales quotas and other performance metrics.
  3. Attend to meetings with operations group, clients, and all other activities management deems important in the pursuit of a successful campaign.
  4. Be responsible for all other tasks assigned to him/her from time to time.


Qualifications:

A.  Education/Knowledge:
  • College graduate
  • Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

B.  Skills/Competency:
  • Good communication skills, resourceful, attentive to details, goal-oriented

C.  Work Experience:
  • Preferably with 1-2 years experience in the same/related field

D.  External & Internal Contacts:
  • U.S. based clients and prospects

E.  Working Conditions:
  • Office work; willing to work on assigned shifts.
