Job Title: Sales Trainer/Coach
Job Description:
The Sales Trainer/Coach is responsible for the development of all internal and external clients in the area of sales performance, or any other field that requires sales skills, subject to the standards that Dedicated Rep, Inc. has set for its trainees.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct a training needs analysis among the workforce where sales skills and other related skills can have a positive impact on performance.
- Develop training modules and help in the improvement of the sales curriculum design and content.
- Develop and continually review the training goals and objectives of the sales curriculum.
- Help establish the standards of the program, its feedback mechanism, review, and corrective procedures.
- Coach and mentor all trainees in the area of sales and other sales related endeavours.
- Attend prospect/client meeting as well as make outbound sales related calls when assigned.
- Perform all other tasks assigned to him/her from time to time.
Qualifications:
A. Education/Knowledge:- Preferably a college graduate
B. Skills/Competency:
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills – excellent English articulation, grammar and comprehension; natural conversationalists have an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and process high volume of detailed work within a short time frame.
- Must be a self starter, full of drive and confidence; as well as professional and self-managing.
- Creative, willing to learn and adjust to the new, fast changing environment of foreign companies.
C. Work Experience:
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience (preferably in the service industries) with a focus on prospecting, cold calling, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing business opportunities with top-level foreign executives.
